Tony’s keynotes are designed for events where you need more than a “feel-good” speech. Whether it’s an annual kickoff, leadership offsite, company all-hands, or conference, the aim is always the same: grab people’s attention, wake them up to what’s really possible, and give them clear, concrete actions they can actually use. Each keynote is rooted in psychology, real business practice, and years of leading teams through change.

Topics are fully adaptable to your event and audience, but always centre around motivation and goal achievement in a world reshaped by AI. Examples include:

  • How to stay motivated when everything around you is changing - especially with AI transforming how we work.

  • Why most people fail to execute on their goals, and how to build systems that don’t rely on willpower or hype.

  • Turning fear, doubt, and resistance into fuel for progress instead of excuses.

The style is direct, honest, and deliberately attention-grabbing: real stories, hard truths, sharp insights, and practical frameworks - all building towards a strong call to action. Participants leave with:

  • 2–3 specific actions they can take in the first 24 hours after the event.

  • A new way of looking at their own responsibility for progress and results.

  • The sense that change is not abstract - it’s something they can start on immediately.

Keynotes can run from 20 to 60 minutes, with optional Q&A or a short follow-up breakout session to deepen the content for leaders or selected teams.
